Well done to all the racers and runners today in those conditions!
I saw a runner this morning as I waited for my bus. The buses were cancelled and the lifts opened late. I think we've had at least 2 feet of snow and we're currently cut off. I don't think that Phil will manage to get in today although they are trying apparently.

A ski resort with too much snow is probably worse than not enough! You can see all that gorgeous white stuff but can't get out if the lifts are shut for wind or avalanche risk.
I'm going to the Three Valleys for a long weekend at the beginning of March. We picked it after a few years of poor snow at lower resorts. Don't think we'll have that issue this year

I actually quite liked the new route CStar, it was more varied than last year! I’m not sure anywhere looks scenic in weather like this

I am very I impressed by anyone who's raced (or been out running at all) in this weather. Of course, you must be a bit bonkers too

International Troublemaking Grouch
It warmed up to -9C so I went to play football with the kids and our Greenlandic house guest - who is something of a football celebrity in his town of 2000 people in East Greenland. I could still outrun him though
Gotta warm up again in time for dancing later.
