Hi IronTubs Welcome to the madhouse
Tailwalked Bedford parkrun. Minor panic when they told me that Saturday's tail came in under 45 minutes and with a small field and everyone starting at least at a jog I thought I may have to run it! - I did run one bit after the three walkers we were with decided to stop for coffee at 2 miles and the next pair were way ahead. Coughed and spluttered the last half mile after that
(youngest was walking with me, stopped to help a young teen with a pulled hamstring, had a small asthma attack trying to catch up with me and DNFd - still no parkrun finish for him then!)
Claiming the tailwalk as a parkrun - think I'm going to need every mile I can scavenge this month

Morning. Felt recovered enough to take myself to NYD parkrun - feeling lasted until I actually started running... Battled my way round and I'm glad I did, but it felt very tough!
