Every year I tell you all to come to the Myvatn event. Every year you are all like: ooo yeah, that would be great. Every year you don't come.... we shall see....

I'm in a terrible mood because OH ison day 3 of manflu, slept all weekend, thrashed about and groaned all night then insists on going to work today.

I do not cope well with little sleep.

I was going to say how expensive Iceland is to get to compared with the IoW ITG, but looking at flights actually it's not! Makes me wonder why I am paying a small fortune for ds2 to go there in July...

ITG it was like that with the NW fetchie gathering and then we finally managed one in 2016! Mr AL and I are coming to Iceland in May but earlier than that - around 8th (his Birthday). There won't be much running as it's only a couple of weeks after London.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
