Must remember to roller tonight. Trying to decide if body pump is a good or bad idea for tomorrow. Am expecting serious DOMS.

Morning :)

Sign of the devil today (p. 666) :-o

Glad you reported in FP, and that you didn't get gobbled by the bear or sucked off in the bog. :)

Morning :)

Grizzly sounds ace.

I'm planning a part-commute home.

Morning all

Fabulous running over the weekend with PB's and long runs.

Think I tied my walking boots too tight for Saturdays long walk, very sore and bruised foot yesterday. Hopefully will be able to get out tomorrow.

Did manage to build the base for a "little" deck in the garden though

My betting last weekend was much better than the previous one and I had a good return on them all instead of lots of zeros. :)

Morning gonks.

I ended up in the children's yesterday with dudette. She had banged her back on Saturday when she was with her mum. She's bruised round her coccyx so she's not in school today which means I'm not in work. Looks like a day of art for us two. heart

She seems tonnes better today but right to be cautious and have the day off.

Squeezed in ten miles last night while her mum had her for a few hours.

Morning! It properly looks like spring here, so sunny :-)

Congrats to everyone on a fab weekend of long runs, races & PBs! I did a long run on Saturday - 21 miles. The boredom demons got to me about halfway through, I must find a new lsr route. Taper for Manchester begins now!

Seren - I'm really sorry to hear you had such a hard day, I hope things get easier for you in future.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
