Morning all.
Just done an easy paced 50 minutes on the trails. Off to the docs, then off to work for a half day.

Mornage. Slept late as I'm on nights from tonight. I shall try to get some chick pics soon, if Thimble will come out from under Doris.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Hmm... I need to run at least 10 miles on Sunday and I've just spotted there is a fairly local 10 mile race on Sunday. Pondering whether to do it. I would be taking it at a fairly gentle pace, not trying for a time.
On the plus side I will get a medal and a tshirt and have a run somewhere new, and it forces me to get up instead of lounging around in bed.
On the minus side I will be paying £17 plus petrol instead of running on my own for free, and it will take more time out of my day. Although £17 seems good value for a race with a tshirt.

all those racing Sunday
FDNB - I'd check out the weather forecast - Sunday doesn't look promising - would you be more or less likely to go out in weather for a race?
