10 miles on treadmill Sweetie?! Hats off to you. I was bored with my 6.30 mins walk on treadmill today!

Went to gym to do bodystep class for first time. It was just me that turned up though! So time on the bike instead.

The most I've done on a treadmill is 8 when I had the kids in the gym crèche, I still remember the horror of those 8 miles! 10 is hardcore :)

I'm not sure I've ever done more than about 20 minutes on a treadmill! Nice run with RR this morning - another planned tomorrow and then a 14 mile one on Monday - I am making Mr AL test out the Whistle Stop pattern as he doesn't often do back to back runs!

Afternoon. Just back from 14 slow, sweaty miles. I allowed myself an ice lolly at mile 11 and strode along whilst eating it.

I'm knackered now, more tired than after last week's 20.

Wow NSC. Awesome running and awesome nephew.

Can do max 5 km on dreadmill before expiring. Fact. Amazed anyone can do anything more.

I appear to have found myself in a trampoline park for the second time this week. Poor planning I feel.

A little gentle bouncing might be good therapy for the niggle. Boing.

What an experience for your nephew:-)

How lovely NSC :-)

Have just set my Garmin up for tomorrow's intervals session. Couldn't figure out why I couldn't do what I wanted and then OH realised that I've got it set on miles but wanted the intervals in metres, so he changed it for me.

Perhaps XB - but I'm not bouncing, just watching.

I keep my garmin in Km's now, Paula. It's easier for parkrun pacing.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
