I refuse to spectate at trampoline parks, why should kids get all the fun? Well done Paula, blooming hot today!

It *was* hot, and I didn't go out until 11:30am which did not help at all!

I keep getting boasts of music from the festival up the road at the Guides' and Brownies' camp. Sadly there's nobody I've heard of playing.

That's where I first camped with the Guides.
Question: should I get up at 6.30am to go OW swimming tomorrow?
Pros: It will be lovely and make me feel better. Cons: I will have to operate on less-than-optimal sleep.

Two runs done for a total of 20 miles today.
I have also set my Garmin for intervals tomorrow but kept it in miles and use 1/4 mile instead of 400m as I reckon that's close enough
I got to hug .B. And K today

And a yes from me feeling better will outweigh the sleep lost.
Thought for a minute that you'd been to Burger King 😀

But then we will be on different distances! Shall I change mine to 1/4 mile too?

Only slightly different
It's up to you
The other option is not using an interval setting and we can just use the park markings.
What do you think?

There's not much in it is there? Plus when I run with Mr AL our Garmins beep at different times anyway - even step by step!
