Ran to TGEd's house, we ran to South Norwood Country parkrun, walked a bit back with a club mate who lives nearby, ran the rest to his, ran to a Dulwich Park, did multiple laps, picked and ate blackberries in the walking bits, ran home. 20 miles on the clock, plus two bits where I forgot to restart the Garmin.
Now I'm starving.

Quite pleased with my parkrun this morning (new attendance record - 575! :-0). First official run on the new course, still no sub 30 but very even pacing if I say so myself

Yes AL, I have told the rest of the core team that they were right and I was wrong, because the new course *just about* coped with that number whereas the old course would have been a nightmare. I suspect numbers will stay high now until the Cheltenham Half at the beginning of October, because quite a few people use it as part of their long-run training.
It may have helped today that James Cracknell was barcode scanning. It was very noticeable how much longer his queue was than the other three :-).
