Morning. Was going to head out fot a couple of miles but I have a really long day ahead of me so have decided not to.
Am singing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival tonight and our bus is leaving at 10.30am. Will be well after midnight before I am home.

Just read 20 pages,i like the new commune,in our previous home an old man had died in the kitchen so if Things moved while no one was home Frank got the blame👻
Our cat went for an op yesterday now he's Ginger but without nuts! True story.

Corrah I'm in Edinburgh tomorrow night - shame Might climb Arthur's Seat on Monday - not been up it since I was 13...
Very wet here so for RR it was a pretty quick 4 miles for my group - no desire to hang about!

Morning 17 miles this morning it was lovely along the river not a cloud in the sky changed now though. Got 11 miles in helped set up Parkrun did Parkrun then another 3 to hit training target
Corrah DD is at the Edinburgh fringe festival next week with school they travel up Sunday. Me and Pinktinkbmc coming up Monday for a few days Good luck tonight
