That's interesting LG I quite like long training runs but if II can't do them for whatever reason, that approach might be helpful.

How about a photo at the end of our final January runs? My total will be only just over 30 miles but that's 30 more than I thought I'd be doing a couple of months ago.
*arse* optional, of course...
(I hope that's the right icon code!)

Found the butt pic thing - is that to celebrate the first 100 mile month or any follow ups as well?
I managed it in December and should pass the mark on Sunday's trundle ~ somewhat more chuffed for this month as I've had to miss two runs for commitments [para head, rubs tummy, good boy ]

I should say, that Linds was very naughty to start the rumour about bum photos. She's been mixing with bad company *stares at Som*

Bramley is on a branch line from Reading Bint, but there are loads of local people who could pick you up from somewhere convenient. Or you're welcome to stay at mine the night before.

The crappy slow line from Waterloo to Reading might work for you on the day, Bint. Bracknell or Wokingham both convenient. Or get the faster train to Farnborough or somewhere and I can pick you up. Might want to check engineering works
