Wow. That does luck lovely. Cracking pressure.
Happy Christmas all. I managed to sneak out early doors and get some Fetchpoints. Now trying to score brownie points by keeping out of the kitchen. My interference isn't needed or wanted apparently. How rude. I used to work in a 2* Michelin restaurant don't you know.

Merry Xmas All!
Had a lovely day with the family. Thinking of buying a new Running watch. I'm thinking the Garmin Forerunner 230. Any other suggestions?

I've got a Garmin Vivoactive, Claire, which can be used for running, cycling, swimming and walking. It doubles as a watch when I'm not exercising, so I feel is good value for money. I charge it about once a week depending on how many hours exercise I've done. It downloads data via my phone (Bluetooth).
It depends what you want and how you want to use it.

Merry Christmas
Managed a very windy 3.5 mile run this morning
Christmas meal out was nice, but 1.5 hour late being seated wasn't fun

Long day - Mr Carp was up at 6:15 which wouldn't be so bad if I'd gotten to sleep before 5am.
MiL is a worry - she was supposed to go to her sisters for lunch but decided against it when we were going to take her there and went home. I doubt she ate anything Mr Carp's aunt was shocked at how she's changed.
Lovely afternoon and evening eating the pturkeydactyl at my parents with my sister and BiL. Mr Carp ate his annual . Other sister was working today but we'll see her and other BiL tomorrow.
I got out for a run when we got home, it was faster than I thought I'd manage and I didn't walk I am so tired now though.
Hope everyone had a good day.

Hope all enjoyed the best celebrations they could today. A visit from Niamh, 7, from the over-the-road neighbours with shortbread tin & card added to the cheer.
Out after 8pm for 9.2 miles path, trail & beach, dodging the incoming breakers and the Iron Men.
