Happy Christmas! Me too, not long back from Midnight Mass. Have eaten Santa's mince pie since he didn't eat it himself though has clearly been (little girls' stockings bulging on their door handles).
Carp and Claire, hope you can manage to enjoy the day despite the lack of hot water (and heating, in Claire's case).

Hope Linds is better, also the ankle & anyone else too. Same goes for awol boilers/showers, Sod's law timing there
All asleep here, except me, coughing as quietly as possible 😂 We'll probably go for a slow exploratory ride later, daughter here for couple of days, & I've chatted to Oz family, they're complaining about heat not sure they should be eating prawns...

Morning all. Merry Christmas, you lovely people.
Everyone else is a-bed, I've been up for over an hour and it's lovely and peaceful. TGEd and I are taking the dog to parkrun. This will be a first, and could be a complete disaster, but I'm prepared to give it a shot. At the very least she will get some exercise, and I'm prepared to be dragged hither and yon around the course (Peckham Rye).
Then I'm having my dad over for the day. This will be a first, and could be a complete disaster, but I'm prepared to give it a shot ... and that's all I can say.
