Oh no Claire!

We had a lovely dinner but I'm feeling a bit feverish/odd breathing. Hope I'm ok for parkrun tomorrow. And all that other stuff of course...

Merry Christmas everybody :) :) xxxxx

Merry Christmas Bernards :) hat

Claire, that's so annoying :(

Linds, take care and keep warm x

Tired now. Just made an orange and polenta cake (waiting for the glaze to cool so I can finish it) and mince pies.
Cleaned the kitchen again. Flour gets *everywhere*.

An hour and a half until I need to head off to church. Might have a lie down.

Merry LG
I have a stupid ankle niggle, been sore for weeks. It seems to be worse when I'm at rest and then can't weight bare on it, feels like something needs to be stretched. It leaves me limping till it loosens off

That would be less of a problem if the boiler worked and we had running hot water. Which we don't :-o

After my run, and discovering the cold water, I put my kit back on, packed a bag, and went to the gym. They must have thought I was really odd, walking in, going to the changing rooms, then coming out seven minutes later with wet hair and in normal clothes.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
