Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No running today but pleased with my 6+ yesterday.

Very true PP - a sobering thought.

Evening. Just made it to Sydney after 24 hour flight. My body has absolutely no idea what time it is. Looking forward to some warm weather running over next couple of weeks.

Daylight, lots of daylight to reset your body clock sinj. Enjoy! I'm just looking at flights to Sydney for Easter and dreading that flight...

RH staying in Parramatta.this is where Lindsd stayed last year. Fleecy - the flight is long. It's dark here so no chance of daylight until tomorrow.

Bet your flight was a lot shorter than the time I flew there alone with a 1 year old and 4 year old, and an 8 hour wait in KL to change planes. And staff who thought it ok to put my 4 year old in a different bit of the plane. And a very large man sitting next to me with a skin condition and a bitch of a wife who insisted on taking my aisle seat. And a 4 year old who wet himself. And a 1 year old who decided 5 hours before we got to Sydney that he wanted to get off the plane thanks very much and wouldn't stop screaming...
That was a long flight!

That doesn't sound fun at all. No screaming babies. 90 minute stop in Abu Dhabi.

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
