Serendippily Oct 2016 12:12am, 1 Oct 2016 414 posts	0 Serendippily Night all, hope you are ok Andy, have a lovely time in the lakes those that are going, and a lovely 150th pr LG Welcome home PP Couldn't get to physio - my mum had purse nicked with her spare keys in it do have spent day driving about taking apart bits of door I didn't need to, losing screws, losing plot, trying to shorten replacement barrel and generally making a complete meal of being helpful. It is a fortnight before I can get a replacement appt felt v sorry for myself this has been an awful week. But at least my mum is now all secure again

Body isn't aching and I've had a coffee and seem ok thus far. Going to try some toast shortly and see how it goes. Hope everyone has a great weekend especially those in the lakes.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
