Hugs Corrah and an extra bit of bunting you've done so many PBs recently you deserve it

Yup that will do the trick Fleecy.

Thanks .B. Should get another PB when I do a 10k. Am only missing that and a mile to give me a full set this year. 😀

Just reading back...

((((Corrah))))

Good running Linds and AL. medal

Nice 19, Phil :-)

Enjoy the cider, LD - well earned :-)

Hope FML's calf is OK.

I had a much needed 11 mile long slow run - first 5 with a mate started to get a bit slow and my knee played up (often happens if I run over 10 mins a mile) but then I carried on and picked pace up a bit. Feel tonnes better for that.

Great running LD
Fantastic marathon debut RA

AR pb

Hugs for Corrah.

No running for me but a few bike rides - Skyride in Folkestone and then social ride at Cyclopark (watered some flowers for you Paula).

Horrid cracked tooth comes out tomorrow and then when recovered from that its back to running

Willing it to be straightforward MM - think it's being done in hospital, that's a good place to be according to daughter when she had wisdom teeth sorted, went well.

LD that sounds tough going considering the training schedule you did, glad it went well enough for PB :-0 the changed course, but I wonder if the perfect race ever happens. I suppose they are not meant to be comfortable - but that's what I'd like. RA great time, looks a bit warm there for running 26 miles well done.

Specialist dentist not hospital. Was meant to be being knocked out but apparently now I am not. Bricking it is an understatement

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
