Hello all,
Happy Birthday pinktink
So, light run this morning done. But I've noticed a bit of a niggle on the inside of ankle and after a bit of Dr. Google I think it might be the tibias posterior that is playing up. Does that mean anything to anyone. From what I can gather it's not a good thing
The pain is only at the barely noticeable stage so I'm going to cancel tomorrows run and won't x-train and play it by ear. Anyone got any other advice?
In other news, my wife told me my race number turned up for the half next weekend.

I had to google this Andy, and what I saw said things like 'really quite rare' and 'only 26th on the list of runners' injuries'. Which is not to say that you haven't got it, but I wouldn't panic at this stage. A day or two's rest will do no harm this close to the Half. I hope it eases, anyway.

Hi LD, it's a new pain that's for sure which is why I turned to Dr. Google I hope you are right that it probably isn't, to be fair I am an optimist so sure I'm just worrying about nothing. Must be sensible

Photo, good luck on your swim tomorrow.
Also (in case I don't get round to it tomorrow) to all those racing on Sunday - RA, LG, LD and anyone else.
