Woohoo so relieved to hear all the HDSers survived! There was ice on the lake at parkrun this morning and the swans were having to swim up and down one little channel that was clear - no doubt our lovely 700ers looked a lot like those serene swans
for Alex - top running!
Ferret - it's not me moving up the age category, but the woman who won the Gold medal this year, and who,IMO, needs to produce her birth certificate because she looks at least 20 years younger than she's claiming!
