Well done Alex. You can put your feet up for the rest of the year now!

Glad the bog of doom didn't take out our 700ers. Great pic. All looking happy and warm(ish). But where's the after one?!

Fleecing Well Muddy
JD's bloke has lots of photos, there is another before one with the full complement in after the stragglers turned up.

I ache all over actually, just my legs are complaining the most. I always forget how brutal those hills are!

I've blogged. It was all I could do to move my fingers. Haven't felt this tired after an event for a very very long time, not even after a marathon.

LD I am so relieved to hear that - as well as looking much too young to be in the same AG as me, you run much too fast. I was going to want to see your b cert. !

Did I read correctly that people were swimming during HDS ๐Ÿ˜€? Crazy๐Ÿ˜€ but well done. I'd love to know if you warmed up at all, or were cold all the time. Look forward to blogs

Well done RA.

That's a brilliant HDS pic, I'm definitely doing the next one - really gutted to miss it this year.

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
