I'm sure that UltraBint's enjoying it so far, before the heat kicks in, lovely day for it.
I've decided that it's to nice to waste time going to parkrun so off for a little run-ette then I'll take myself off to the beach.

One of my sisters came yesterday the other arrives today - between us we have 7 kids. I wish my knee was in shape for a really long run to get some peace!!!!

3.5 miles done - boy it's steamy out this morning. I cut it a bit short as I twisted my ankle slipping on a wet grass verge trying to cross a road. I went flying but fortunately went headlong on the grass, how lucky was I - recently cut and no dog poo! I walked for a bit then managed to run again but I can feel it now my shoes are off. I'll have to do a lot of paddling in the sea and hope there's no lasting damage.
