Morning! A little intervals session this morning I think, and plenty of stretching for my shoulders which are reminding me of the tree lopping yesterday.
Have a good start to the weekend everyone!

Horrific Combat this morning and Zumba this afternoon. And lots of weeding at the allotment in between, I better get some work done first.

Morning, bad news to wake up to over in France.
Back from seeing a new PT for initial consultation. He seems to know his stuff so I've booked in for my first proper session next week.

Morning.
Terrible news.
Bad night's sleep thanks to OH coming in from pub and then someone's burglar alarm going off at 3. It wasn't the alarm that was the problem, it was LittleD's response to it. Grrr.... yawn....
