If you click on the last name added, I think it's Martian77, above it opens a list of functions including add a column. See if that works

Day off today.
To answer a previous question. I normally do standard press ups with elbows no wider than 45 degrees from body but it depends on what I want to do, I do widen elbow position if I want to target the upper pec major fibres more. I mess with hand position: wide, narrow, staggered & at some point will try clockface press ups. If I want to do high volume I’ll go to a hands elevated/incline position or if I want pure strength I’ll go decline or weighted. If I want to make things challenging or interesting I’ll do unstable press ups on gym rings or a bosu or go from a deficit position. I’m not up to archer, finger tip or iguana press ups yet, maybe one day. In short, I’m always messing around with variations, the only one I won’t use or program for other people is press ups off the knees.

My partner caught me doing bicep press ups this morning, so now I'm being mocked for having my arms on backwards.

I do sets of 'normal' press ups three times a week as part of my workout. My version of normal matches the description of standard above. The rest of the week I do different types, mostly to see if I can. So today was 10 bicep and yesterday was 10 diamond. Friday my sets were 9, 9, 10, which is progress.
