Looks like December will see my highest month's total for the year with just another ten miles to go! Hope your headache wasn't a pre 'flu or cold thing jenny and that you're back out there. Nice to read that your miles were "lovely" AL, I like that approach.

westmoors Dec 2016 11:52am, 27 Dec 2016 1,467 posts	0 westmoors Thank you NYEDave. Wasn't very keen to go out this morning as it was so frosty but OH pushed me. Once I got going I was fine. Attempted a speed session in prep for my half marathon but missed the first recovery, so instead of 3 x 2K it ended up as 1 x 4.25K and 1 x 2K 109/100 with two more runs planned!

Ness Dec 2016 12:19pm, 27 Dec 2016 7,855 posts	0 Ness I thought I had posted about my run today but the post seems to have got lost in the ether of the hotel's intermittent Wi-Fi. I ran a 5 miler this morning which brought my total for December to 101 and my total for the year to 1,330. The rest of my Lanzarote break isn't going to include any more training runs. Maybe a bit of walking and visits to the gym. I will start training properly when I'm back in the U.K.
