decorum
Barbara (bit windy, bit of snow) and idiot local drivers who don't understand that other road users might have the right of way. Almost got walloped twice ~ once by someone who just had to get past me in order to turn left across me, the other not understanding that traffic crossing the road and going straight on have right of way over traffic turning right and joining the road.
Basically the age old 'I'm bigger than you!'. It tends to not wash with me, I give better 'evils' .
It's good to keep life interesting .

Whoops and claps and all SS! 200 is the sort of "silly" miles you ultra lot do (I know, my wife is almost at that level), quite amazing how the body endures it all!. Bit of luck getting to the line before you Peter and to be fair the weather down here has been in my favour. 1,300 done now-my highest annual for over 20 years. Day 41 of streak, 50 days seems a possibility. 105/100. Well done jenny (!!), it's 9.35am and you'll have started the Park Run and done the 100 by now!

Hmm, some people are a bit daft when they're driving decorum, especially at this time of year - be careful out there on your bike!
Well done Steve and Fenners on continuing your respective streaks, and well done on passing 1300 for the year Steve!
103/100 and 50th parkrun done Had been aiming for sub-22 - it didn't happen, but 22:19 is my fastest Cardiff parkrun of 2016.

Nice parkrun-ing Jenny, 22:19 is good going and must be a decent WAVA?

Thanks Fenners, think it's about 67% WAVA?
Apparently, according to one of my friends this morning, my stride length has shortened from what it used to be

Presumably that means your cadence is a bit higher? I switched to running at 180 steps per minute last year which apparently is the most efficient

Apparently so NDWD - he said my cadence is high but my stride length is "a bit shuffle-y"!
Is that a change you made consciously to make you more efficient over the longer distances?

High cadence - tick (good thing) Shorter stride length - tick (good thing)
I wouldn't worry about any negative feedback, you will be more efficient and also less likely to get injured.
Good work.
