Biggest ever mileage month for me. One more chunky week to come and then a blessed taper, which I’m really looking forward to.
I’ve hit a sequence of the easiest running highs that ever known; the product of feeling healthy, loving the training block and one of the sweetest playlists I’ve ever come up with.
Best wishes to all.

Happy times Steve. I've past my highest ever yearly mileage and still two months to go. Life is good

arghh..best laid plans..my progress back to fitness (following hip replacement) thwarted by niggles in lower leg and knee. After 100 miles for September only 35 for October and doing one milers at present! What a drop from my recent high years and ultras!! Patience and persistence is the key though difficult with a husband who runs!

Ohh bum torey. Sounds like you’re being sensible(ish) and listening to your body - there’s nothing else to be done eh? Tough when you’re a runner and in a running household though. Patience and persistence indeed💪💪
