Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

When there were fields?

Yepper O, Stansted finished it off - too much time in trail shoes with no support. Hoping it's ok for Sunday, I'd like to do Tanners. You're there no?

Hope ITB gets sorted NP, give it a few days rest and it will be fine hopefully.

nearly 5 today in the heavy snow, ran off road in my innov-8s so as not to slip around too much. Was a blizzaed by the end and still 5 miles behind target :-(

Cheers for advice, have had similar problems before so have been shown the stretches and strengthening exercises (funny, I've been doing them for ages).

So, Fireman, you're doing Lakeland 100 this year no? Brave!!

Work was closed again today! Went for a run up onto the moors. Turned into a struggle as the snow went right up to my bottom. Managed some speedwork on the A635 and A616. It was like stepping back in time, when leg power was used instead of the car. 3 hours to do 12miles or so. Good resistance training. Starting to snow again.

6.2 this morning. A lot easier than yesterday with just compacted snow and no fresh stuff to run on. Innov8s held up to the task yet again. Probably the coldest it's been in the last few days, but very tempted to go out and do it again, once the snows been squashed down a little bit more.
