14 miles @ 6.38/mile for me this morning. Quite a bit ahead, but too early to reconsider my target just yet. I've been loads ahead early on for the past two years and never managed 2000 yet!

Touché, Gobs! I think it's a Plantar Fascia thing, but will be consulting with CT. It's somewhat better today but then I've not run on it. 14 miles at 6:38? Nuts.

I am in but expect to be behind until beginning of Feb when I start to crank up mileage. Still building up from 3 months of very little at the back end of last year.

Managed 38 miles for week 1 so just behind schedule.
If I can keep near to the target in these conditions then hopefully things should get easier after the thaw
Which could be in March.
