15 miles for me too BT. Longest run for four months. It was awful especially the last two miles really struggled - not in legs, in mind. Anyway, puts me 28.42 miles ahead of target so pleased with progress.

8.1 miles today. Takes me to 54 for the week and 13 ahead of target. The snows starting to melt and the temps been a few degrees higher for the last 2 nights, so hopefully some improvement to come.

10 miles of dune, trail & beach - as Dave A says, some kind of thaw's arrived but it's changed the character of the compacted snow and my footing was nowhere as secure as yesterday evening, when I ran a similar route.

Steady 5 tonight took me to 34 for the week and best week for a long time. Should get up and over 50 next week and then hopefully some real consistency.

45 for the week for me, highest week yet and legs feeling pretty good. snow is certainly working different muscles and the reduced impact from the surface is definately noticeable, its a shame it comes at the price of a slower average pace.

Think it was hard surfaces, new uncushioned shoes and running nervously. No probs at all tonight.
