Having a little diversion from the long stuff and looking at Duathlon(joy of injury last year was I could ride my bike) hence not really doing any serious mileage. That said the distance runner in me expects to run a couple of marathons and maybe a 50km.

G, I saw you were doing a lot of biking last year due to injury, you were getting fairly quick as well.

Todays was tough in the rutted/compacted/slushy/fresh snow. Ran a lot slower than previously, but HR stayed low, despite it feeling tougher than usual.
I'm not planning on any major assaults on the training league, but if my training goes well enough, and I stay injury free, I can see no reason why I shouldn't climb it a little.

Hello Mac :¬)
Dave - until last year I was a page 1 top of the league monster, with my XT plans for this year the target is indifferent mileage in all categories.
Oh and no more injuries
