Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

27 miles up, but I'm in that precarious territory where a couple of non-running days could put me behind again. I've passed my 2008 total, so this won't be my lowest-ever running year, although I'd have to run 25 hours a day for the rest of the year to get close to my 2007 or 2009 total.

It's also going to be neither my lowest nor my highest year for swimming and cycling, but two skiing trips earlier in the year and lots of climbing now will make it my biggest cross-training year :)

11 miles down, coupled with wanting to run a fast Luton I think that this is beyond me :-(

Seems that 1,9xx will have to do!

107 up. Two weeks in Japan post-Abingdon did a bit of damage but I should ease past 2000 for year. Picking up a few miles now to make sure I can run 1:29:59 comforatably as pacemaker on the 21st Nov.

Some great running, I am 30 down as of today but with a non running day tomorrow making a dent.

I need to average 43mpw in order to just make it to this target so as long as I can keep up my current consistency I should make it (just!)

FR you should have less than me a week needed so you may be very close to it.

Just passed 1700 today :-)

Some scribbling and calculating tells me I can hit 2010 miles on 26 miles a week but I don't want to tempt fate. 88 up as of today.

Had an easy week after last weekends marathon, only because I have another one this weekend.

Still looks like I may get closer to 2500 than my 2400 target

Currently on 2232. Despite the easy month in October, I should just about make my sub target of 2500:)
