I need to do just over 4.5 miles a day on average between now and the end of the year to make 2000.
I'm having a cutback period, but think I can manage that

My requirement is about 6 or so a day which is pron just doable as long as I keep consistent with getting out there - starting to build my long runs base again so it is getting there. curretly 20 behind

Still 21 behind after the Newcastle mara yesterday. Back to the ship tomorrow though, no distractions, plenty of time to get ahead of target again

Better late than never eh!
2500 was the target same as last year but due to a couple of niggles I think I'll be hitting 2200, but cycling will be up as about to hit 3000 ( 2200 last year )
