Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Why can't I be further behind, 215 miles away. 38 days. 5.66 a day doesn't sound much! ;-)

117 miles to meet my target of 2010 miles in 2010 - that's a tad over 3 miles a day - and I *do* run every day :-o If I make it, it'll be my third 2000+ miles in a row :) I only did half that 20 years ago when I was a lad!

Slowly getting there, only 177 to go in 30days!
Just under 6 a day then - should be just doable if I get my finger out.
Chilly run in the snow today and a good fartlek session on the tready this evening so still getting miles in despite the weather!

I need less than 4 miles a day. Even *I* can't sabotage that, surely?

A 38.5 mile Ultra on Sunday has taken me back into positive territory (target 2010), but not taken so much out of me that I've had to rest for a week afterwards. 160 miles to go, 30 days to do it (yes I did run on Xmas day last year!). It's getting to the stage though where I think I might get some more miles in the bank now. I wouldn't want to be laid up with flu or something in the last week of December with 40 miles still to do.

Just about broke even over the last two days for the first time in 6 months, by the end of this week should be about 10 miles ahead of schedule.

Hoping that if I keep up the momentum I should have an easy last week before cracking on with a new target for 2011 ;-)
Managed 50 last week despite the snow.

I'm only have 50 miles to go for my 2400 target and feel like I have judged my year well. I do now expect that I will make it to 2500.

60 miles to go. Should be straightforward.

I'm pretty pleased to have run for the full year without injury or interruption. Will be looking for 2400 in 2011.
