Derv - running is easy, I have the time to do those miles now but chose to ride my bike instead

I wish I had the time!
Sodding Diy meant no running again today, so this will count as an easy week now and will ramp it up next week a bit to catch up!

I have now just done my highest week since April 09, if I do 5 miles tomorrow it will be my highest week since January 09, I think I can safely say my injury is behind me.
Touch wood etc......

I have just touch 70, still a long way from the old days but not a bad effort.

Fine effort, I have only managed 4 or 5 weeks above that ever but I am not in your class - well done

I think I have found all I want to do though so I expect to see Nov and December with weeks ranging anywhere from 50 to 75. I don't see a return to really high mileage as I like my bike too much

I've just cracked 1800 for the year - injury has robbed me of a shot at 2500
3 marathons left this year so 122 training miles needed 2 a day !!
