Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

SO how are we doing in here, looks like we all gave up running.

I came in at 195 miles last month due to being in France for the Tour and therefore cycling having a higher priority.

I am still ahead

54 miles ahead and an unheard-of appearance at the very foot of page 9 in the League :-o

365 ahead. Despite not having the motivation to head out last month and do a proper long run, i.e a 20+ mile marathon training long run, I had some good fell stuff going on which gave me a decent bit of time on feet.

Just done my 2nd 20 of marathon training this morning and I feel like the variety of last month has given me some motivation back :) Looks like Abingdon is still on :)

80 odd behind mainly due to a big fail at the Lakeland 100 but will try to claw that back over the next couple of months.

fail not fall!!!! I was 33 miles in and struggling to meet the cut offs and knew I would not have it in the tank to make it past 60-70 miles as I was not fast enough on the terrain as it was very technical.

I will train better on that type of terrain and get my weight down and speed up and go back next year and have a proper run at it.

Just too slow so pulled myself out before I picked up an injury trying to do something I was not fit enough to do.
