Right - I've set myself a 2000mile target for this year. 4.4 miles behind at the moment but should be comfortably up by the middle of this month.

40 miles behind, but with the lower summer mileage and summer track almost over i am now focussing on building mileage up to 50-55 miles a week and should be back on track soon.

Taerget gone and changed....
due to hernia and then achilles injury needed to do at least 250 a mont from now and seeing as cant even get to 100 thats not going to happen, so will try for 1750 if I can get a few good months towards the end of the year...

I'm about a 10k ahead now. The purpose of the target for me is to ensure I maintain focus post-Abingdon. My pre-Abingdon mileage will take me comfortably ahead of target.
