Only 65 miles behind! :-/ Early days #don'tpanic


A week later and still 65 behind! At least I'm not falling further, will hopefully slowly pick up mileage now.

182 miles for January!

Last weeks impromptu last minute marathon event helped me get ahead. I’ll probably lose those extra miles when I’m working nights at the end of the week!

246 for the month. Pleased with that as I had to miss a few days due to work. Also good to get ahead of the target as I think Feb will be more challenging.

207 for jan so nicely ahead of target. Not planning a marathon now till end of November so hopefully make it easy to reach my target with a nice easy December after the marathon

111.8 so far, 63.5 down at the moment. Week 1 of marathon training is underway so I'll slowly catch up with the number on top of this thread.

My training is going well, now at 247.5 for the year, without the planned 5 miler tonight. At the moment, I'm 32 miles behind, could cut that to 27.

168.5 miles for the month, which I'm pleased with considering I had a week off. That said, the week off was very much needed and I'm feeling more invigorated than I was at the beginning of the month.

414 miles for the year, a big March ahead, and then tapering in the April Marathon.
