Solo
A very low mileage month for me due to bashing my knee whilst falling and marathon tapering. Including 108 for this month yearly total is currently 864. How has everyone else's month been ? |

April is a quieter than usual month, with tapering for a marathon and then recovery. I managed 155 miles this month - 1 more than April 2023! - and the plan is to keep the miles ticking over whilst focussing on 5kms / 10kms.

It’s my lowest mileage month for a while and I’m not even going to look at how many miles I’m behind because I’m still injured with a swelling on the side of my foot and I need to get it better so I can start ‘training’ properly again!

So it’s been a very low month for me, I’m not even going to look and see how behind target I am! I’m just going to keep moving and see where I land! Got a few events in June which will up the mileage a bit

I’m still running but there’s no way I can make up the shortfall. I’m working an extra 11 hour shift and my priorities have changed so running isn’t my top any more!
