jabberknit Sep 2020 4:57pm, 3 Sep 2020 3,601 posts	0 jabberknit Hello! I AM HOME AGAIN! I have just done a little 4 mile run round my local streets and am unbelievably happy about that. Welcome, Ness, and hope the sore knees sort themselves soon, jennyh. My Mum is now settling into a care home just over a mile away from us. Well, I hope she is, anyway - unfortunately, I had to leave her at the doorstep as I wasn't allowed in in case I imported the plague. It all seemed OK, but it's frustrating when you have to choose your parent's care home on their Covid record rather than anything else. It's just a short-term stay to see how she likes it and we'll see how it goes. The main thing is that I'm home again!
