Most wild fungi come into the category of "not very nice to eat but probably won't kill you". A bit like the ones you buy in the supermarket

Excellent round up. I love mushrooms!
In other news, I have Plantar Fasciitis. I don't ike it.

I don't like plantar fasciitis either, Pikelet. Does what it wants no matter how you treat it, and although it goes away it only departs on its own terms. Can't be doing with that sort of insolence from body parts.

I know! I’ve treated some parts of my body much worse than my foot. The very cheek!
My cheeks however are fine, both sets. Small mercies.

Oh dear, Pikelet, sympathy for the PF, it can be a bugger. Get doing those heel raises and drops. Hope it heals quickly.

Thanks chaps. Doing stretches and golf ball rolling etc. Will add heel raises too jabber I've had a read of the Plantar thread on here that dates back to 2010. Fetchies experiences of it differ vastly. I've decided to still run, couple of short ones in the week and longer run at the weekend until the fake London. It's improved a bit in the last few days so will see how it goes.
