I'm tootling along just ahead of target on four runs most weeks, but missing a couple of planned runs could put me behind again.

Struggled this afternoon. Could just be the warmth or maybe the streak is catching up with me!

Toasty today...I just went for a short run this evening after letting supper settle for a couple of hours. Fish & chips sits heavy in me!

I didn't run much during the first few weeks of lockdown, and dipped just below the target line, having been a good way above it due to marathon training. Just ahead of target now, enjoying doing some of my running with my son who's home from uni. He does similar mileage but normally rather faster.

Gradually falling down towards my grey line as I continue to rest my annoyingly dodgy knees, which do feel a bit better.
The knitting is coming along well though. I've just found out that there's a cross-training category for knitting, so perhaps I should start logging it!

Hours have dropped right off over the last 2 months but I'm still ticking along.
Not a drama as I am all about the bike really and that is going well.
