Guildford parkrun for me tomorrow morning. Hubby's deciding if he will join me...though he hasn't registered for parkrun yet. He hates doing things like that.

Ooh, fingers crossed that he does join you Garfield, that would be lovely :-) My best friend is (hopefully) doing her first parkrun at Eastville tomorrow - she has run a bit in the past, then stopped for ages, but has recently been doing C25K, and after her partner did his first parkrun at Ashton Court on Saturday I think she’s keen to give it a go.

He's previous run an incognito Guildford parkrun in 201?? when I did the Christmas day one. He was nearly a minute behind me then. I think he'll finish before me tomorrow...or with me if he does my walk breaks!
