I made my opinions known to the driver... anyway 8 miles done with a nice intervals sesh... lots of great running going on as ever... still amazed by your last marathon medal Toks! I have the Suffolk 24hr Trail Festival this weekend, all this rain is softening up the ground nicely, lucky i just got some new trail shoes - could be a mud fest... hahaha...

Managed to avoid the rain yesterday finishing my 6.75 mile run along the canal just before the rain started. Not sure I will be so lucky today doing the handsworth hobble a 5 something mile trail race and the BBC have it as a 75% chance of rain this evening.

Will run this afternoon, finishing up at the gym so I can have a shower there, since my bathroom has now been completely gutted. It's a tiny room, but it looks a lot bigger when there's no bath, sink or toilet in it. Baz the Plumber seems to be doing an excellent job, hope his fitting skills are as good as his talent for dismantling.
