Ran this morning in the rain, but did get to see a load of bunnies enjoying the grass all this rain is helping to grow. My lawn looks like a meadow.

I am not much of a fan of running in the rain but miraculously the first hour was (almost) dry, and after that we'd all warmed up and were on our way. I set a new event record of 17 laps, which was smashed 3½ minutes later when Ry Webb crossed the line with 19, qualifying himself for the Centurion track 100, good running! I can't say this has done much good for my Plantar Fascitis, but I'm going to be putting my feet up for a few days, I reckon
