Richard-M Jun 2019 7:34pm, 16 Jun 2019 555 posts	0 Richard-M Went to Suffolk Trail Festival this weekend with my running club - manged to run 6x5M laps during 24 hours so given my lack or recent running i'm pretty pleased with it. Furthest I have run in about 2 years... Great event, very friendly and well organised weather was so so but at least not too hot... Think i need to swim tomorrow.
