Mr JK and I are on holiday in a little Welsh cottage with some stunning views. It's not raining! parkrun tourism tomorrow, not sure which one we'll do, either the local one, Penrhyn, or Nant y Pandy on Anglesey, which is much smaller. Mr JK could get a top 10 or even top 5 finish there! And it does have a more amusing name. Enjoy the bank holiday weekend, everyone.

Welcome Riggsy, I’ll get your target races added to the side bar. Am currently in that London, as Mr Jenny and I are doing the London 10,000 on Monday (will have to keep an eye out for Doc Moye there). Have only in the last half hour decided on our parkrun destination tomorrow, we’re heading to Burgess.
