I love toast. Lived on it as a student. Toast with flora in those days. Now toast with Lurpak. I is middle class. I'll put anything on toast. I had peanut butter and cheese yesterday. Yum! G

Ewww - I don't do marmite. There are only 3 things in the world I don't like (even when I ate meat): liver, marmalade and marmite! G

Our toaster has a crumb tray but I rarely empty it... I used to eat white bread + white sugar sandwiches as a student... these days I have moved on to Toasted cheese + onions + Worcestershire sauce - yum! Marmite is OK, but not peanut butter!...

Best combo is toasted teacake with jam and cheese, mmmmm. Not wanting to start the whole breadcake/bap/cob debate but when I say teacake I mean with dried fruit in.
I will be trying peanut butter and marmite asap! Cream cheese and marmalade also sounds worth a bash.

I thought I'd slip into this thread and say hi. Never ran 1500 miles in a year before, but am hopefully aiming for an Autumn marathon, so hopefully will have a good high mileage until I hit marathon training in the Summer. Anyway, this would appear to be the place for me.
For the record, marmite is god's own choice, I can work a toaster, grill and a George Foreman. Peanut butter is just wrong though.
