Well done Doc! Take care Mrs Jigs, it's more important to look after yourself than to chase numbers.

Jono.
3 mile jog, muscle pull felt a little tight - also wonky left foot was a bit sore (I did stand about a bit yesterday) anyway I'll have another little jog tomorrow and see if I need to rest it a bit more - if so I'll enter 2019 on a whimper, still a whole year to get through.

enthused by the site of Dennis Quaid's bod in Fortitude (he's 10 years older than me) has given me a slight push to think about a bit more exercise in 2019 - okay I haven't a personal coach or chef, and I do have to do a regular job but there is a swimming baths down the road and I do have a bike.

Well done Doc!

8 hilly miles round Swinley forest this morning took me past my target of 2000.

Nice one Doc you’re in good form.

I’m aiming for 2000 miles next year and obviously 1500 as minimum still come here for the laughs 😉

I might just sneak over the 2,000 mile line tomorrow or Monday, can't really leave it at 1,989 for the year.

Thanks Doc, relaxing on the sofa today, no running or exercise of any description, if I overdo it I will end up with another chest infection and I don’t want that.
