Very nice! Easy 2 miles done in still misty morning. The mist took another couple hours to burn off and now it's a nice sunny day out.

Hi fetchies, 21 miler in 5.46 in the central London, tough getting through the tourist crowd but loved running with another runner 🏃🏼♀️😍😍😍
Finishing the mileage for the year is 680

Well done, Doc and Toks!
I did a little 5 miler when we got home from taking my Mum back to Yorkshire. The M1 traffic was busy, but nowhere near as bad as it has been in previous years, when we've been caught in the post-Christmas sales rush around Sheffield Meadowhall. Everybody must have everything they need! We managed to get back in daylight so I could get out and run. My legs were very pleased after 5 hours cooped up in the car.
Last of the leftovers for tea.

Bit behind on the thread - well done to Doc and Ed for completing the zone 1 challenge! Just read the blog, that's a fab time to complete it in too - Mr Jenny is very impressed

Fab costume Mrs J! Hope the cold clears up soon.
My run this morning took me to 1755 miles for the year - which is two miles more than my previous highest mileage year in 2016 I've got at least two more runs planned before the end of the year, so will add a little more to the total.
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that Funky has sobered up after his Christmas Day antics.
