Running rest day for me too. I am eating All The Things today as I am feeling very peckish after my long run yesterday.

Best of luck everybody running this weekend, up Welsh mountains, around Rugby Half Marathon (my OH) or anywhere else!

I haven't run since Tuesday. May run next Monday.

All the best to the Snowdon runners. A race everyone who likes a marathon should do ONCE.

So it is a rolling neutral start as a group race up the mountain in age cats. I start at 9am local time so 5pm to you lot :-)

I've never considered Snowdon - sounds too scary but I shall be very interested to hear how our runners get on - just out of interest of course ..... :)
