Lovely and sunny here in the East Mids, but I have a minor hip twinge so will be Sensible (Mr JK laughed when I said that this morning) and have a rest day today.
I shall now go and read bonners' blog.

Well done for helping out at the half/full marathon on Sunday Westmoors - bet that must have been hectic!

oh Bonners I've just read your blog - very well done and I'm so glad you got to the portaloo when you did It made me smile because I had similar issues with the 4:30 pace group - I had to get past them a couple of times and couldn't cope with the congestion although they did finish before me in the end. Also that last mile seemed to go on forever! a little 2 mile recovery jog yesterday seems to have worked wonders

Yeah, it was scrum like around the pacers. Looking at your splits you ran a fantastically consistent race, as I said on the blog comment, you judged it a whole lot better than meπ

Morning all, still absolutely full of the cold that Mrs Bonners said was in my head. She was right, it's in my head, my throat and chest π
Quads finally feeling better today, I'll be going for a run with Mrs Bonners.
