Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely and sunny here in the East Mids, but I have a minor hip twinge so will be Sensible (Mr JK laughed when I said that this morning) and have a rest day today.

I shall now go and read bonners' blog.

Have just read Bonners' blog, it's excellent :-)

Well done for helping out at the half/full marathon on Sunday Westmoors - bet that must have been hectic!

oh Bonners I've just read your blog - very well done and I'm so glad you got to the portaloo when you did :)
It made me smile because I had similar issues with the 4:30 pace group - I had to get past them a couple of times and couldn't cope with the congestion although they did finish before me in the end. Also that last mile seemed to go on forever!
a little 2 mile recovery jog yesterday seems to have worked wonders :)

Yeah, it was scrum like around the pacers. Looking at your splits you ran a fantastically consistent race, as I said on the blog comment, you judged it a whole lot better than me😊

Morning all, still absolutely full of the cold that Mrs Bonners said was in my head. She was right, it's in my head, my throat and chest 😁

Quads finally feeling better today, I'll be going for a run with Mrs Bonners.
